Sarah has experience both in the human resources world and as a therapist, where she primarily works with older and middle-aged adults, although she has experience working with people of all ages. Sarah is skilled in counseling related to grief and loss, anxiety, depression, survivors of trauma, and eating disorders. She uses an approach that is person-centered, strength-based, and narrative focusing on the relationship between therapist and client in order to create an environment that facilitates the healing process.
