Michelle McPherson is the Clinical Director of the Adolescent Clinic and has been in the field for over 20 years.  Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.  Michelle has worked primarily with teens and families in schools, residential settings and outpatient settings.  The past 11 years she has worked in a residential treatment setting in the Rochester area. Michelle is specifically trained in Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Intergenerational Trauma Treatment for families.   Michelle enjoys hiking and camping with her family.  Michelle desires to provide a caring and supportive environment for teens, young adults and families to find hope in the midst of challenges, which are interfering with daily goals and enjoyment in life.
