Laurie is the Clinical Director of Complex Care at Gavia LifeCare Center and has a background in mental health, addiction, and trauma. She has been in the field for over 9 years and brings experience in working with individuals struggling with various challenges including intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities. Her expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma focused therapy. Laurie utilizes a person centered and strength-based approach with her clients. Laurie enjoys family and friends, reading, movies, and swimming. As well as her two furry family members, Charlie and Marli.
