Natalie Donato is a Clinical Director and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gavia Lifecare Center. Natalie has a background in mental health, addiction, and trauma. She believes in a strength-based, trauma informed, person center approach that serves as a model for the healing process. She believes in meeting the client where they are on their life journey thus prioritizing clients’ goals for successful outcomes with use of support and structure. She incorporates multidisciplinary approaches in treatment modalities. Natalie has worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults over her time being a practitioner in the mental health field. Natalie feels strongly about creating a safe therapeutic environment for those to express deep emotions and learn how to heal and grow as an individual in and outside the therapeutic environment.
