Aaron is the Clinical Director at Gavia LifeCare Center and has a background in addiction, mental health and trauma. He has been in the field for over 10 years and brings extensive experience in working with individuals struggling with various challenges. Specifically, he is trained in both Schema-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy as well as various other evidence-based modalities. His focus on SFT has allowed him to address and work on complex issues from a holistic perspective, allowing the people he works with to become instrumental in their personal growth and their overcoming of past hindrances, obstacles and beliefs that have caused hardship and old wounds to remain.
