Jordan is a Primary Therapist at Gavia LifeCare Center. Jordan graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a B.A. in Psychology (Go Bonas!) and is a graduate of St. John Fisher University where she received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Jordan utilizes strengths-based and person-centered approaches and believes therapy is about providing space for clients to grow and feel supported during their journey. Jordan’s focus is on young person's struggles in areas such as relationships, life transitions, identity, body image/confidence, anxiety and depression. Jordan often uses CBT, DBT, and ACT in her therapy and aspires to become certified in these modalities. In her free time, she enjoys playing kickball with her friends, spending time with family and friends and vacationing to Florida.
