At Gavia Lifecare Center, we are an OMH licensed outpatient mental healthcare center on the forefront of implementing integrated mental healthcare services independent of a large medical facility. We pride ourselves on providing high quality mental health counseling, medication management, and crisis services in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

Primary therapists expected to carry a caseload of approximately 45-60 clients providing individual adult, group and/or family counseling. This is a 32-40 hour per week position.

Requirements:

• MS or MA in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
• LMHC (or limited permit eligible) or LMSW
• 1-2 years working in the clinical mental health setting with the general adult population
• In depth understanding of ethical and theoretical considerations for counseling
• Ability to sit, stand, and fulfill other job-related physical duties
