Meg is the Clinical Supervisor at Gavia LifeCare Center and has significant experience working with those battling addiction and substance abuse issues, managing anxiety and depression, and working through challenging family and social dynamics. She offers a person-centered approach and utilizes a variety of therapeutic strategies to best meet the unique and individual needs of each client. Meg is trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as well as various other evidence-based modalities. Her experience and training in the field lend themselves to helping individuals work through life's challenges in a more effective way by building on their strengths and empowering them to take healthy steps to find greater meaning and joy in life.
