Q:  Does Gavia Lifecare accept Humana?
A:  No we do not.
Q:  Then how much would I have to pay?
A:  Our fee is $152 for the initial 2 visits and $125 for a 45 min session with a therapist after the initial sessions.  The fee for seeing a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner depends on the service and we can provide that if once you see a therapist for the initial visit.
Q:  What is your fee if I don’t have insurance?
A:  Our fee is …… (see answer above) YES – we accept self-pay and we have a sliding scale— we do not have a payment plan – that is different than a sliding scale. A sliding scale is an adjustment of the regular fee.  Kelly manages sliding scales.
Q:  Do I have to come in person?
A:  We prefer that the initial visits are in person.  A therapist determines if telehealth appointments can be offered.  If you can absolutely not come in person, we can schedule the first appointment through Telehealth, and then future appointments will be dependent on your therapist.
(Most EWC appointments are through telehealth)
